What personal data does Mprove collect and store, and for what purposes?
Mprove holds two classes of data:

Information about Mprove users and their usage. Metadata is used to facilitate product improvements, customer support and license auditing. We retain basic user contact information to send product updates and relevant marketing based on the user contact preferences.

Customer data necessary to answer user queries. Once Mprove is connected to a customer database, the Mprove cache retains data from the customer’s database that is fetched in response to a user queries.
Mprove subprocessors
Mprove engages certain third-party data processors ('subprocessors') to assist in providing the Mprove Service. Existing Mprove subprocessors and the functions they provide are listed below:
